Zen Spa5061 FM 2920
This new building is a one story, tiltwall and steel building combined structure package, complete with a standing seam metal roof. 7,000SF of this new facility is the new home of the “Zen Hair Salon and Day Spa”. It is complete with massage rooms, laser treatment rooms, a large party room for their wedding party guests, a complete nail and pedicure salon, a complete hair salon, offices and consultation rooms. The exterior finishes are a variety of textured and painted concrete tiltwalls, natural stone clad “Radius” entry way. All are accented with Stucco clad crown moldings along the roof line and a custom built stucco radius entry way canopy. When entering the building through the sparkling new glass entryway you will find: a custom built, twelve foot rounded, six foot deep, domed ceiling area with a beautiful chandelier centered in the glazed finished and lighted dome, custom built reception decks and stained woodwork, natural stone clad columns, arched doorways, beautiful wood and porcelain flooring and custom lighting and fixtures throughout.
